Making a Purchase
Making purchases is simple; browse for the product you are looking for, enter the quantity you want, and hit "Add to cart". When you're finished, go to the "Cart" link at the top of the page and go to the "Check out" link, whereafter you will be asked for a few details we need to complete the order.
If you are an existing Atlas Filter Company customer, you can choose to be invoiced for your order; see this page for more information.
Otherwise, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. When your order confirmation arrives, this is to indicate that our system has logged your order. It does not constitute a contract. This is to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, or if we are unable to supply the item for whatever reason. In the case of a changed price, we will always contact you first to ensure the new price is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling
The exact cost of shipping will be shown when you check out, prior to your approval. If you wish to receive free shipping, please contact our office. In this case, shipping times are not guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We will normally send standard filters to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends); orders are generally received in less than five business days.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You may choose to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges
For orders made from the UK, the standard rate of VAT is added. This is shown prior to order confirmation.
Credit card security
Your credit card details are never stored anywhere on our server, ever. We use the secure BarclayCard ePDQ service to process our credit cards.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction; all of our products come with a 1 month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Atlas will not disclose a buyer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed. In the latter case, the third party will not disclose order details to any other third party.
